My mother-in-law was a horror, so for 9 years of the marriage I would start every holiday with a breakfast smoothie made with this and some yogurt and just keep going! My sister-in-law would call from the car on the way to our house to ensure that I had her glass poured when she arrived and she and I would get drunk in order to cope with her mother.
